The room size suited my needs for a short visit. breakfast offered plenty of freshly baked choices. i found the variety quite satisfying. the hotel's location proved convenient. It allowed easy access to various attractions.

i noticed the air conditioning unit emitted a disruptive noise. i reported it, but the issue persisted , a bit disappointing.

The staff was helpful. They provided directions and recommendations. The breakfast was plentiful (I particularly enjoyed the pastries). My room had ample space and was very clean. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the city center.

The soundproofing in the room could be improved. I could hear street noise at night (it disrupted my sleep).

the front desk staff offered assistance. this met my basic expectation.

the room was not cleaned properly . the carpet was not vacuumed and the bathroom floor was not washed. i found some hairs on the bed linens.
